GLRA India is implementing a donation cancellation and refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of your donation refund requests. GLRA India anticipates that all contributors/donors will proceed with caution and diligence while making donations/payments. GLRA India recognizes that a donation might be made mistakenly and in such a case it will require further verification of the donor and need proof of documents for the donation that can be sent via mail to ho@glraindia.org with a request.
On the other hand, GLRA India is not obligated to offer refunds and may, at its discretion, deny any claims for donation returns, especially, if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
